A vintage 1970's synthetic star sapphire ring crafted of 14k white gold (stamped "14k") Features a synthetic star sapphire measuring 9.5 x 7.5mm. Accented with 16 natural round diamonds (one missing). Measures 5/8" lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 7.25. Weighs 5.5 grams.
