A stunning custom made natural blue sapphire and diamond ring crafted of 18k yellow gold (tested). Features a center natural oval shaped blue sapphire measuring approximately 1ct. Accented with 23 natural round diamonds weighing approximately .23ctw. The diamonds are VS-I1 in clarity and H in color. Measures approximately 9mm lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 7. Weighs 10.0 grams. The ring needs to be polished.
