Breathtaking 14k White Gold Natural Sapphire Diamond Heart Pendant 18" Necklace

This precious natural sapphire and diamond heart pendant necklace was crafted from 14k white gold (stamped "14k"). It features natural round blue sapphires. They are accented with natural round diamonds weighing approximately .20ctw. The diamonds are SI1 in clarity and H-I in color. The heart measures 3/4" in height and is secured with two hoops on the back for wear. The box chain measures 0.6mm wide and 18" in length and is secured with a spring ring clasp for wear.
