Exquisite Vintage 18k White Gold Natural Diamond Synthetic Sapphire Ring
This sophisticated vintage natural diamond ring was crafted from 18k white gold (stamped "750"). This gorgeous vintage ring features natural round diamonds weighing approximately .33ctw. The diamonds are SI1-I1 in clarity and H-I in color. They are accented with triangular shaped synthetic blue sapphires. The sapphires show some wear and one has a chip. The ring measures 19mm lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 9.5. It weighs 5.8 grams.
