Flattering 14k Yellow Gold Natural Ruby Diamond Ring Band
This lovely natural ruby and diamond ring band was crafted from 14k yellow gold (stamped "14k"). It features 4 natural marquise shaped rubies. The rubies show some wear. They are accented with natural round diamonds weighing approximately .15ctw. The diamonds are SI1-I1 in clarity and J in color. It measures 11mm lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 6. It weighs 2.9 grams.
