A beautiful hand made vintage natural sapphire and diamond ring crafted of 18k yellow gold (stamped "18k"). Features 5 natural round sapphires weighing approximately 1.50ctw. The sapphires show some wear. Accented with one natural round diamonds weighing approximately .30ct. The diamond is VS in clarity and H in color. Measures 1/4" lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 4.75. Weighs 9.0 grams.
