Vintage 14k White Gold Green Glass Diamond Ring Earring Set

We are not 100% sure what the square green stones are. Could possibly be emeralds or green glass. The earrings contain a total of 6 natural round single cut diamonds and 4 square green stones. They secures with omega backs for wear. The ring is size 5.75. Weighs 8.1 grams total.
