Wow! 2.20ctw Natural Diamond Gemstone 14k Gold Ring

Colorful natural diamond and a combination of natural and synthetic gemstone ring crafted of 14k yellow gold (stamped "14k"). Features 7 natural round diamonds weighing approximately 1ctw. The diamonds are SI1-SI2 in clarity and I in color. Accented with 4 natural round emeralds and 4 synthetic rubies and 4 synthetic sapphires. The rubies and sapphires could possibly be natural but we did not have them checked. Measures 12.2mm lengthwise on top of finger. Ring size is 5.75. Weighs 12.2 grams.
